IPC Investment Group is a private equity company, which invests in different high growth businesses. We invest only in businesses in which we have management control. IPC was founded in 2005, and up to now its main home market has been Romania. IPC Investment Group consists of 16 companies, located in Estonia, The Netherlands and Romania; with offices in Tallinn and Bucharest.

The company invests according to the IPC strategy, and is flexible with regard to different sectors, markets and investment horizons. In order to fund projects, the company also raises financing from co-investors who wish to take part in the project as passive financial investors. More than 200 investors have made investments via IPC’s investment programs; the list includes pension funds, investment funds, insurance companies, clients in personal banking and asset management, and private investors.
